While studying abroad in Seville, Spain, Ixamar created an integrated marketing campaign that focused on making the Andalucia region a primary destination for Miami locals. After years of collecting b-roll and photographs of her travels, Ixamar began sharing these memories with the online world, leading to numerous brand collaborations and paid campaigns since The Wandertog Blog’s birth in 2016. Apart from her fruitful blog, her photography business, Ixamar Palumbo Photography, now celebrates its 11th year of capturing weddings, headshots, and lifestyle memories in Miami and beyond. She currently holds the position as Senior Social Media Specialist for The Latin Recording Academy/LatinGRAMMYs®️, managing year-round its multiple social media accounts amassing over 50M followers and their overall digital presence. In 2019, she joined forces with Miami foodie and concierge, Kristine Ramirez, to bring to life her organization, Boss Bloggers MIA; a community of bloggers, influencers, agencies, and brands that get together every month in the spirit of #CommunityOverCompetition for panel discussions and networking opportunities with the purpose of leveraging their careers as content creators. Ixamar received her Master in Marketing degree at FIU in 2016.
